How is the cohort option different?

If you are interested in more dynamic learning the cohort option is an opportunity for you to join with other coaches in the learning process. The lessons are still the same but there is the addition of post-lesson group sessions to help crystallize the material. In addition, the course is more self-paced, where as the cohort option is a designated weekend when Dr. Pence holds facilitated lessons at scheduled times.

What option is better for me?

If learn better with a group and want the built-in opportunity to connect with other coaches during the learning process, the cohort is probably the better option. If you want a more self-paced program where you can hop on and learn the material on your own time, the online course is most likely a better fit. Please keep in mind, the material in both programs is the same. It’s just a matter of whether you want a more condensed learning timeframe and/or with dynamic group sessions where you can consult with other coaches and Dr. Pence during the learning process.
